CHRISTIAN WOMEN’S PASSION
FOR MINISTRY
The whole congregation needs to know how the DWM reaches out in service. The men and the women who have chosen not to be a part of the DWM need to know the DWM is not just a social organization. The DWM has a mission -- an outreach ministry. Their monthly programs are for their personal spiritual enrichment and to fulfill their passion is for serving. One way to demonstrate this is to look at their budget.
Disciple Outreach Fund is the "bread and butter" of the total mission of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). This is a ministry by which congregations, regions, institutions of higher education and other parts of the church share in the mission of the church.
