Neighborhood Mission

For thirty-five years Central has provided funding for mission and ministry through an Annual Bazaar. Funding has provided ministry to those in need of clothing, household appliances, toys, and other goods. Each year prior to opening day selected families have been invited to select some items they are in most need of. Two weekend sales follow the actual Bazaar prices are drastically cut for those who will not accept gifts, but who have smaller budgets for needed items. The total life of the Bazaar provides opportunities for bargain hunters, antique seekers, and those in need. Through this annual Bazaar the community helps support the many aspects of church mission and ministry throughout the year not available through other funding.
Our volunteers who work during this time find growth of their own spiritual gifts through contacts made in fellowship during planning and providing this event to the community.
